Takyon™ One-Step 5X qRT-PCR Kits for Probe assays containing no ROX passive reference are available in different MasterMix formats from 0.6 ml to 10 x 5 ml. Takyon™ 5X qRT-PCR Kits deliver FAST, SENSITIVE and ACCURATE results in fast & regular cycling conditions.
These kits are perfectly suited for gene expression studies and demonstrate exceptional performance on viral templates thanks to the newly developped EuroscriptII RT
Moreover the new additive allows a significant improvement of the performance on some difficult virus types as well as on FFPE samples.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Sample and 150 reactions kit contain: One tube (0.6 mL) of 5x MasterMix (black cap) containing Takyon™ DNA polymerase, MgCl2 (5.5mM final concentration), dNTPs, Stabilizers. 1.5 mL of 50 mM MgCl2 (clear cap; optional use) 30 µL of Euroscript II RT (50 u/µL) / RNAse inhibitor(20u/µL) (white cap) 30 µL of Additive (blue cap) that improve results on some viral and FFPE samples 1250 reactions kit contains each: Five tubes (1 mL) of 5x MasterMix (black cap) containing Takyon™ DNA polymerase, MgCl2 (5.5mM final concentration), dNTPs, Stabilizers. 1.5 mL of 50 mM MgCl2 (clear cap; optional use) 250 µL of Euroscript II RT (50 u/µL) / RNAse inhibitor(20u/µL) (white cap) 250 µL of Additive (blue cap) that improve results on some viral and FFPE samples |

5X MasterMix components of the Takyon™ One-Step No Rox 5X Probe MasterMix dTTP should be stored between -15 °C and -25°C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions, this component is stable for 24 months. For short term storage the Takyon™ One-Step No Rox Probe 5X MasterMix dTTP can be stored at 4 °C for 6 months. - Euroscript II RT & additive should be stored at a temperature between -65°C and -75°C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions, the reagents are stable for 1 year. For short term storage the Euroscript II RT and additive can be stored between -15°C and -25°C for 1 month. |
