VT103 is an orally active and selective inhibitor of TEAD1protein palmitoylation with anti-proliferative and anti-tumor activity. It also inhibits YAP/TAZ-TEADpromoted gene transcription, blocks TEAD auto-palmitoylation and disrupts interaction between YAP/TAZ and TEAD.
