Vantictumab (Anti-FZD) is a monoclonal antibody targeting the Wnt signaling pathway with potential antineoplastic activity. Vantictumab binds to certain receptors in the Wnt signaling pathway thereby preventing the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway.
