TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Capability The EZ-Vac 96 Vacuum Manifold is capable of processing up to 96 samples simultaneously using 96-well vacuum plates and a vacuum source.
Compatibility The EZ-Vac 96 Vacuum Manifold is compatible with the ZymoPURE 96 Plasmid Miniprep Kit or any kit utilizing stacked vacuum plates. Please refer to the ZymoPURE 96 Plasmid Miniprep Kit instruction manual for more information regarding processing with EZ-Vac 96 Vacuum Manifold.
Required Equipment A single or double-staged unit vacuum pump capable of producing up to 300 mm Hg at the vacuum manifold. A vacuum regulator is recommended to monitor and adjust the vacuum pressure in the vacuum manifold.
