Hedyotic Diffusa Extract is extracted from Hedyotic diffusa, of which polysaccharides inhibit the growth of CNE2 cells in a dose-and-time-dependent way, the mechanism may involve induction of cell apoptosis, which is associated with the activation of Baxand caspase-3protein and the down-regulation of Bcl-2protein expression.
