Dual HPLC (RP+IEX) 2,5 µmol scale, 1 dual purification

Dual HPLC RP+IEX HPLC combines 2 HPLC purifications to obtain oligonucleotides with a higher purity level up to 95 %. The first step consists in purifying the DMT-oligonucleotide on a RP-HPLC system followed by a second IEX-HPLC purification. This second step efficiently removes oligonucleotides with base modifications and DMT-on failure sequences. This combined method allows to purif oligonucleotides up to 39 bases long, which could be used for stringent applications such as miRNA, siRNA, antisens and firststrand cDNA synthesis.
