A2001-1, 500x Concentrated Arabinose Inducer (1 ml) (Contains MgCl2 to improve growth of the autolysis strains)

Premade concentrated L-arabinose solution has been uniquely formulated for optimal induction of the bacteriophage λ endolysin protein in XJ Autolysis E.coli strains, resulting in efficient cell lysis following a single freeze-thaw cycle. A 1 ml vial is sufficient for 500 ml of XJ Autolysis E. coli culture.
