Description

Add all the consumables you need to complete a miniPCR Learning Lab with a class of 32 students:

• Microtubes (50)
• PCR tubes (100)
• Agarose: 10 blueGel Tabs (0.5 g each), sufficient to cast up to 15 2% agarose gels
• 20X TBE electrophoresis buffer (30 mL, enough to make 600 mL of 1X running buffer)
• GelGreen™ DNA stain, 10,000X (20 µL)
