The EndoZero III Spin-Column with 15 ml Reservoir-X features durable polypropylene construction and can be used with centrifuges for the removal of residual endotoxins in plasmid DNA prepared with the ZymoPURE II Plasmid Gigaprep Kit, which is the fastest and simplest method available to efficiently isolate up to 25 mg of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from E. coli.
