Apostatin-1 (Apt-1) is a novel TRADDinhibitor. Apostatin-1 binds to a pocket on the N-terminal TRAF2-binding domain of TRADD (TRADD-N). Apostatin-1 inhibits bortezomib-induced apoptosis and RIPK1-dependent apoptosis (RDA) with an IC50 of about 1 μM.
