Estimated delivery dates are provided to customers via an email confirmation after your order has been placed. An email will be received from Bio Zyme when product has been shipped and once received by the customer to ensure the order has been correctly processed and handled. Product shipping time may vary due to product availability and based upon shipping method available. For any concerns, please refer to your shipping information provided with estimated delivery date, confirmation of shipment or notification of delivery emails from Bio Zyme. For further concerns contact Bio Zyme customer service. Bio Zyme works hard to ensure quality products are shipped and delivered within a timely manner. With a minimum purchase of 1000 Lei or more at BioZyme.ro, shipping is no cost to you. This offer applies only to standard shipping in Romania. Offer is not valid for products that require special transport conditions and they are classified as "Dangerous Goods".

At this time we are unable to ship all products we sell in Romania to other countries. Bio Zyme will provide shipping services to your country ony for certain products, following your accept of our price quotation and after the reception of your payment of our proforma invoice. Returns & Replacements
We hope you are satisfied with every Bio Zyme purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us so that we can help you resolve the issue. If there is a question about product use one of our experts may be able to answer your concerns and resolve your problem.
We offer a money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all of our products provided that:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the product(s)
- They are in their original, unopened and unused condition when we receive them
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We will refund the same card used for payment.
Please follow the 3 steps below to return items to Bio Zyme:
- Obtain a refund or replacement form: Email our customer support team on email@example.com to obtain a form to complete;
- Send the products for refund or replacement back to us: S.C. BIO ZYME S.R.L., 31A George Valentin Bibescu, Cluj - Napoca, Cluj 400365, Romania. The package must contain: the completed refund/replacement form and the product(s) in their original packaging (make sure to wrap them securely);
- Refund or replacement processing: We will process your return as quickly as possible, however during busy periods, please allow a maximum of 7 working days for your refund or replacement to be processed. If you are returning a faulty item within 14 days, we will refund you the cost of the return postage if we conclude that the product is defective.
